Elina Kireeva — 2012 Russian Beauty

The beauty contest Krasa Rossii-2012 (The Beauty of Russia) took place in Moscow. 25-year-old Elina Kireeva, from Ufa, Bashkortostan became the winner. You know, she was the best of the best. To tell the truth, Elina became the first representative of Bashkortostan, who won the national competition.
63 participants competed for the title of the most beautiful Russian woman. The event was held on November 21 at the Metropolitan Theatre of the Russian Army. The military was a major theme throughout the action. The girls appeared before the audience in images of young ladies of 1812, and World War II. The jury consisting of artists, public figures and TV presenters, paid the attention not only to the external beauty, but also to their education, knowledge of foreign languages, ability to present themselves, talent in singing and dancing.
It was not the first victory for the beautiful girl. In 2009 Elina won the title Beauty of the East of Russia. Kireeva graduated from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics. Elina’s younger sister Albina managed to become the first young beauty of Russia in 2008.

Daria Konovalova, the winner of Krasa Rossii 2010, put the crown on the head of the winner, because the winner of Krasa Rossii 2011 – Natalia Pereverzeva was in the Philippines, where she took part in the international contest Miss Earth.

The Beauty of Russia is a beauty contest held in Russia since 1995. It involves only the winners of the regional beauty contests. Finalists represented Russia at the contest Miss World till 2006, several times at the contest Miss International, and since 2009 – at the Miss Earth contest.
