Svetlana Ivanova – Russian actress
Svetlana Ivanova is a Russian theater and film actress.
Pretty girl was born on September 26, 1985 in Moscow into the family of engineers. When she was 14 years old she joined the studio theater.
In 2006 Ivanova graduated from the State Institute of Cinematography. While studying at the Institute Svetlana debuted in the movie Godson, then she played in the TV series Farewell Echo.
Since 2011 the actress has been working in the Contemporary theater. On March 22, 2012 she made her debut in the role of Patricia Holman in the play Three Comrades.
Svetlana played the main female role in the film Franz + Polina directed by Mikhail Segal. The film and the actress received numerous awards at various film festivals. Ivanova was awarded Special Jury Prize at the Third International Film Festival Baltic Debuts, the Prize Golden Sword for Best Actress at the IV International Festival of Military movie.
Also she received awards for Best Actress at the 15th Open Film Festival of CIS and Baltic countries Kinoshock and at the XIV International Festival of Film Actors Constellation.
In the film Father she played the role of Masha and received Golden Sword for Best Actress at the V International Festival of Military movie.
Later the actress starred in the military drama August Eighth about the events that occurred in South Ossetia in the summer of 2008.
In 2010, Ivanova was awarded Golden Eagle for Best Actress on Television for her role of Oksana Liepina in the film Palm Sunday.
Fans of the TV series saw Svetlana in the main role in Pregnancy Test (2014).
In 2016, the actress appeared in the Russian criminal detective Investigator Tikhonov in the role of investigator Elena Lavrova.
A year later she played in the detective film Consultant.
By the way, Ivanova appeared in the music videos for the songs of the groups ZNAKI, Prologue, Kasta and Intonatsiya.
The actress along with Eugene Papunaishvili took part in the project Dancing with the Stars in 2015.
Personal life
In 2006 the actress met cinematographer Vyacheslav Lisnevsky. They broke up in 2010.
In the spring of 2011, Ivanova began dating director Dzhanik Fayziev, who is 24 years older than the actress.
Her daughter Polina was born in 2012. On May 4, 2018 Svetlana gave birth to her second daughter.
