Irina Volskaya
Irina Volskaya was born on December 9 into a theatrical family. Her father Vladimir Tartakovsky is the director of the Moscow Operetta Theater. And her grandfather Isidor Tartakovsky headed the Vakhtangov Theater.
Pretty girl graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Faculty of Law and was a Master of European Law.
She is a Chairman of the Committee on Culture.
Her career began in the Russian Gold company where she worked as an art director. Then she worked as a marketing director at JSC Avensis – Novikov groups.
In 2006 she moved to the English club Quintessentially. First, she was marketing director and then the head of the office. You know, she was a president of the club in CJSC Prime Concept.
Later Irina together with her partner opened Glamcom.ru, an online store for designer clothes and vintage items. Also they work with the stars, who give their favorite things, and the money from the sale comes to the charity fund they have chosen.
Volskaya together with top model Natalia Vodianova launched the first Russian Internet Project, which brings together fashion and charity. They said that on that site you can not only buy vintage fashion stuff (even Natasha’s clothes) but also put clothes on sale. A large proportion of the proceeds will be donated to charity, including the fund Naked Heart.
