Irina Allegrova, Russian singer
Irina Allegrova is a Russian singer of Russian and Armenian descent (her father was Armenian).
Beautiful girl was born on January 20, 1952 in Rostov-on-Don. Irina’s mother was an actress and opera singer. The girl spent her childhood in Baku, Azerbaijan where she studied piano and ballet.
In the early 1980s she became lead soloist in David Tukhmanov’s group Electro Club. In the late 80’s Irina met Oscar Feltsman, who gave her a chance to begin her solo career and later wrote several songs for Irina.
You know, in 1982, Allegrova toured together with Igor Talkov and Ludmila Senchina as part of Margarita Terekhova’s musical theater.
Irina’s debut album My Destined One was written and produced by her then neighbor and friend Igor Nikolaev.
