Timur Rodriguez – TV host, singer, comedian

Timur Rodriguez is a Russian entertainer, TV host, singer, comedian and actor. By the way, he is a participant of many TV projects, including KVN, Comedy Club, Ice Age and others. He got attention in Russia as a participant of KVN and Comedy Club Russia. You know, he was a host of TV shows like Krokodil, Sexy Chat, Dancing Without Rules. During recent years he is engaged in music business as a singer and released hit singles such as Out in Space, About You, Never Be Better.
Timur Kerimov (his real name) was born on October 14, 1979 in Penza. His father is an actor of puppet theater and his mother is an interpreter, German and English teacher.
At school Timur joined several clubs such as athletics, choir and even knitting to be closer to the girls.
In 2001 he graduated from the Penza Pedagogical Institute, department of foreign languages (French and English).

Besides, he starred in the TV series and films, including The Golden Mother-in-law, Happy Together, Backup Instinct, Our Masha and the Magic Nut, Office romance. Our time, Little Red Riding Hood.
In 2008 Timur participated in the show Ice Age together with Albena Denkova. In the same year he took part in the television show Intuition and won one million rubles.
Moreover, Timur played Truffaldino in the play Servant of Two Masters.
In 2009, Timur together with trumpeter Vadim Eilenkrig created a jazz project called The Jazz Hooligunz.
Later, in 2010, Timur together with Olga Shelest was a host of the program Krokodil on Muz-TV. As well as he was a presenter (together with Mikhail Boyarsky) of the show Musical Ring on NTV.
In 2009 he released the first song Listen To Your Body. Then Timur recorded a song Hobby with Ani Lorak. The singers opened the Muz-TV Award 2010 and were nominated for a prize in the category Duet of the Year.
His single About You was awarded Golden Gramophone award from Russian Radio Ukraine in 2010. A year later he released the debut album About You. And in 2015, there was a mini-album The New World.
Later he became a screenwriter of the short film The New World. Svetlana Khodchenkova and Konstantin Khabensky played the main roles.
On May 24, 2017, a charity performance People and Birds was held at the Theater of Nations. Rodriguez worked together with Yulia Peresild, Yevgeny Mironov, Liza Arzamasova, Alexander Filippenko, Marina Alexandrova and others.

Personal life
In August 2007 Timur married Anna Devochkina. He made a marriage proposal at the top of Mount Etna. Their son Miguel was born on March 12, 2009. On October 31, 2012 Anna gave birth to their second son Daniel.
