Sofia Nikitchuk – Miss Russia 2015

Sofia Nikitchuk, a student from Yekaterinburg, became the winner of Miss Russia 2015 (annual beauty pageant).
18-year-old Vladislava Yevtushenko from Chita took the second place and 21-year-old Anastasia Naydenova from Voronezh became the third.
As a prize Nikitchuk received the crown of white gold with diamonds and pearls, 3 million rubles and a car. Also she won the right to represent Russia at Miss World and Miss Universe contests.
50 girls from Russian cities, including three Crimean representatives – from Simferopol, Sevastopol and Kerch, took part in the final of the competition. The final of the national beauty contest Miss Russia-2015 was held on April 18 in a concert hall Barvikha Luxury Village.

This year the jury consists of designer Igor Chapurin, actor Alexander Oleshko, Miss Universe 2002 Oxana Fedorova, Miss Russia 2006 Tatiana Kotova, Miss World 2008 Ksenia Sukhinova, CEO of the publishing house Axel Springer Russia Regina von Flemming.
In 2014, 23-year-old Julia Alipova from Balakovo won the Miss Russia pageant and represented Russia at Miss Universe.
Russian beauty Sofia was born in Snezhinsk in 1993, and now she studies at the Ural Federal University, Faculty of Humanities and Arts. Her father is a military man, and her mother is a doctor. Sofia’s elder brother Pavel works as a presenter.

At the end of 2015, Miss Russia-2015 gave the crown of white gold Miss Russia 2016 Yana Dobrovolskaya. In the final contest, Alexei Vorobiev sang several hits.
Later Sofia tried her hand at acting. She starred in the historical television series Sofia directed by Alexei Andrianov. The girl played the role of Elena Voloshanka. You know, she played along with stars of Russian cinema Evgeny Tsyganov, Boris Nevzorov and Maria Andreeva.
Today Sofia supports her fame by accepting invitations to participate in popular TV shows. So in 2016 she visited the project Let’s Get Married.

Personal life
It is known that Sofia was together with well-known biathlete Andrei Naumov, who is 14 years older than her. According to the athlete, he was going to marry beautiful girl. But Nikitchuk decided that the career for her was more important than the family, and the couple broke up.
In the fall of 2016, it became known about Sofia’s love affair with 26-year-old football player Fyodor Smolov.
