Olga Kurylenko is a French actress and model, who was born on November 14, 1979 in Berdyansk, Soviet Union.
Her Ukrainian father Konstantin and her Russian mother, Marina Alyabusheva (born in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia) divorced shortly after their daughter’s birth. Olga was raised by her mother and grandmother. Kurylenko grew up in poverty, she lived together with her mother, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather and cousin in a small flat. In 1992, Olga and her mother moved to Moscow.
When the girl was 17, she signed a contract with Paris-based Madison modeling agency and moved to Paris. 18-year-old Kurylenko appeared on the covers of the famous magazines such as Glamour, ELLE, Madame Figaro, Marie Claire and Vogue. She became the face of Triumph lingerie, Lejaby lingerie, Bebe, Clarins, and Helena Rubinstein, Furthermore, worked for Roberto Cavalli and Kenzo, and appeared in the Victoria’s Secret catalog.

In 2000, Kurylenko married French fashion photographer Cedric Van Mol, acquired French citizenship and four years later they divorced.
Her first appearance on the silver screen was in Seal’s music video for the song ‘Love’s Divine’ in 2003, but she began her film career in France in 2005. Kurylenko played a main role in the low-budget erotic film L’Annulaire (2005) by French director Bertrand Diana and received the certificate of excellence award at the 2006 Brooklyn International Film Festival.
But she gained fame as an actress after the film “Paris, je t’aime” (2006), playing with Elijah Wood.
In 2006, Olga married American mobile phone accessory entrepreneur Damian Gabrielle. They divorced in late 2007 and in 2009 she moved to London.
In 2007, Kurylenko co-starred Timothy Olyphant in Hitman.
She played Bond girl Camille Montes in the 2008 James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
Olga has a love affair with 50-year-old American actor and director, Magic City co-star Danny Huston. Both Kurylenko and Huston have been married twice before.

Kurylenko played a role of a mermaid in the most expensive Chinese 3D film “Empires of the Deep “.
Olga stars in a movie called “Vampire Academy”, which is based on the fantasy novel by a writer from the United States Rachel Mead.
Kurylenko plays the piano and is fluent in English, French, Russian and Ukrainian.
