Lena Terleeva, pop singer


Lena Terleeva is a Russian pop singer, songwriter and composer, finalist of the TV project Star Factory 2, the winner of the TV Song Festival Song of the Year, Golden Gramophone Music Award.
Elena was born on March 6, 1985 in Surgut, RSFSR. Her father is a former military man, and her mother is a music teacher.
At the age of 15 the girl was invited to the television project Morning Star where she became a winner.
In 2001 she went to Moscow.
In 2005 Terleeva received The Golden Voice of Russia award by the Moscow government.
In the same year Elena graduated from the Institute of Contemporary Art.

In 2006, she became the winner of song festival New Songs About The Main as the author of the song Between Me And You.
In 2007 Elena received the Golden Gramophone award for the song The Sun (written by Anastasia Maximova). In the same year the singer wrote the song You And I, which later became the soundtrack for the film We Are From The Future.
In 2008 Elena received the award in the nomination The Best Performer for the song Love Me (by Maxim Fadeev).
Now Elena works with famous saxophonist and performs jazz program.
