Larisa Verbitskaya, TV presenter
Larisa Verbitskaya is a Soviet and Russian speaker and TV presenter, who was recognized as one of the most beautiful women of Moscow, Honored Artist of Russia (2004).
She was born on November 30, 1959 in the USSR. Larisa was born in Feodosia, Crimea, but her father (who was a soldier) was transferred to Chisinau. Her mother worked as a nurse.
Verbitskaya studied at an English school, where she was active in sports – acrobatics, swimming, diving, athletics. She graduated from the Pedagogical University.
She was the only female speaker on Moldovan television; later worked for Central Television.
On November 27, 2006 Larisa was awarded the Order of Friendship for outstanding contribution to the development of broadcasting and many years of fruitful activity.
Today Larisa is the only presenter on Russian television, who has been working in one program for over 20 years.
Larisa has a son, Maxim (born in 1979) and a daughter, Inna (born in 1990). Her second husband is Alexander Dudov, who is a cameraman and film director.
