Ksenia Kahnovich was born on January 29, 1987 in Vladivostok, USSR.
Ksenia is a Russian fashion model, who won the first cycle of the reality television show “You are a Supermodel” (Russian version of America’s Next Top Model created by Tyra Banks).
Ksenia won the show in 2004 (she was 17). The first prize was the contract with modeling agency NEXT. When her victory was officially announced, Kahnovich had already moved to Paris as she received a more lucrative offer from IMG Models.
She has since walked fashion shows for brands such as Versace, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, and Dolce and Gabbana in New York, Paris, and Milan. She has also walked in Haute Couture shows for Elie Saab, Dior, and Lacroix.
She has been featured in advertisements for DOHC, Gucci, and Richmond, and graced the covers of Cosmopolitan, Madame Figaro, Harper’s Bazaar, and Amica. She also appeared in an editorial for French Vogue and French Marie Claire.
Ksenia won three awards in the competition “Cosmopolitan Covergirl 2003”.
The model loves to read. Her favorite authors are Edgar Allan Poe and Anton Chekhov.
