Irina Antonenko – Miss Russia 2010
Irina Antonenko is a Russian actress, winner of the Miss Russia 2010, as well as “Miss Auto Sound 2008” and “Miss Yekaterinburg 2009” winner.
Irina was born on September 1, 1991 in Sverdlovsk, Ural region, which a few days later was named Yekaterinburg. Her parents, Natalia and Igor Antonenko, were both employees of the police. Irina has a brother.
After finishing school, the girl began to study finance at the Ural Finance and Jurisprudence Institute, around the same time, she started her modeling career. For 2 years Irina worked as a model in Ilya Vinogradov modeling agency. She quickly became one of the most sought after models in Yekaterinburg, and also took part in a popular beauty- project New Hollywood Look.
In late 2009, won the title of “Miss Yekaterinburg”, Irina decided to go to Moscow to take part in the national beauty contest.
On March 6, 2010 Antonenko won the honorary title of “Miss Russia”. She was awarded $ 100 000 and watch in pink gold, decorated with a black diamond. Antonenko became the first woman in the Middle Urals, who achieved the title of “Miss Russia”.
On March 13, 2010 she signed a contract with the designer Philippe Plein and became the face of his ad campaign.
On August 23, 2010 Irina took part in the Miss Universe 2010 contest, which was held in Las Vegas in the hotel Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Irina was among the fifteen finalists, but was not included in the top ten. Later, the organizers of the “Miss Russia” decided to suspend Irina Antonenko from the contest “Miss World” – where Russia was represented by “First Vice – Miss Russia – 2010” Irina Sharipova.
After her coronation as Miss Russia, Antonenko started participating in fashion shows by such designers as Olga Deffi, Alina Assi, Ilya Shiyan, Irina Natanova and Vyacheslav Zaitsev, one of the most well-known Russian fashion designers.
In 2010 Beauty Queen entered GITIS.
On February 13, 2011 beautiful girl took part in the TV project “Dancing with the Stars” paired with Mikhail Mamaev. In the same year she debuted as a film actress in Timur Bekmambetov’s thriller The Darkest Hour.
On September 23, 2012 she debuted as a theater actress in the play “The Mystery of magic rings”.
In 2014 she played in the TV series Ship.
