Dmitry Loginov, Russian designer
Russian designer Dmitry Loginov was born in Krasnoyarsk in 1976. He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Technology College. After winning the regional competition of young designers Dima moved to Moscow. There he started his career as a stylist at L’Officiel magazine. A year later he became an editor of the fashion magazine OM. In 2004 Loginov was appointed a chief designer of Enton (men’s clothing). And in the same year Dmitry launched his own label ARSENICUM, where he developed his trademark unconventional and avant-garde style. ARSENICUM debut collection was recognized as the most important breakthrough of the season. It was a men’s collection. For the next collection Loginov was awarded the Astra’s New Generation Designer Award.
In 2006 Dmitry was awarded as The Best Russian designer according to the foreign press.
Later in 2006, Loginov joined Donatto brand as creative director, where he invented collection of clothing and accessories under the brand Donatto by Loginov.
In 2007 Dmitry received GQ’s Designer of the Year award. Then, in 2010, Loginov was chosen as Designer of the Year by Time Out magazine. By the way, in 2011, he was Designer of the Year by Lookatme.ru
His women’s collection spring/summer 2011 was named The Best Collection of season by Fashion TV Channel.
You know, in 2012, the name of creative director was added to the brand name Arsenicum. Now the full name of the brand is Dmitry Loginov ARSENICUM.
